Walker denied release on bail

Even though Kim Walker has gotten an unbelievable amount of sympathy for being a cold-blooded murderer, the good news is he will stay in jail until his appeal is heard. I will be able to sleep at night.

REGINA -- Convicted killer Kimberley Joseph Walker will remain in prison until his appeal is heard.

Neither Walker nor his family were present in Saskatchewan Court of Appeal chambers on Wednesday, when lawyers argued over whether he should be released on bail while awaiting his appeal on a second-degree murder conviction.
