SAN DIEGO -- Two Grossmont High School District students were expelled after allegedly coming to class high on marijuana.
When asked about the marijuana, the students showed their medical marijuana prescription cards.
The school district said even if the kids have a prescription, it is still illegal to come to school with any drug because federal laws that prohibit drug use govern the school.
So does that mean a child that is using Ritalin to treat ADHD would be unable to come to school? Watch the video, the reefer madness was fascinating to see.
