Great Study, Stupid Conclusion

Once again we have another study that comes out with the astonishing revelation that marijuana is safer than alcohol. The current ranking system for drugs is flawed! But then they end it with this bit of nonsense:

While experts agreed that criminalizing alcohol and tobacco would be challenging, they said that governments should review the penalties imposed for drug abuse and try to make them more reflective of the actual risks and damages involved.

Will they ever learn?
